These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the hi bagi platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. Players must be 18 years or older.
18+ Age Requirement
All players must be 18 years of age or older to register and use hi bagi. Age verification may be requested at any time. Accounts held by minors will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one hi bagi account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held across them.
Fair Play & Security

Transparent Bonus Terms

Acceptance of Terms

By creating a hi bagi account, accessing the Platform, placing any bet, depositing any funds, or otherwise making use of any part of the Service, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

Age Restriction & Eligibility
18+ Strict Age Requirement: The hi bagi Service is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for a person under the age of 18 to engage in gambling or wagering activities. hi bagi takes its obligations in this regard seriously and will enforce this requirement rigorously.
In addition to the minimum age requirement, eligibility to use the Service is subject to the following conditions:
- You are a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of any other individual, company, or organisation.
- You are accessing the Service voluntarily and of your own free will.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through your account settings or by any regulatory or judicial authority.
- You are not acting as an agent, employee, contractor, or affiliate of hi bagi or any of its associated entities when using the Service for personal wagering purposes.
- You have not previously been permanently banned or excluded from the hi bagi platform.
hi bagi reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the account registration process or subsequently during the lifetime of your account. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by the Platform will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.
Under-Age Account Discovery
If hi bagi discovers or reasonably suspects that a registered account is held by, or has been used by, a person under the age of 18, the Platform will immediately suspend the account, void all bets and wagers placed, freeze any account balance, and report the matter to appropriate authorities where required by law. Any deposits made by an under-age player will be returned to the payment method used, less any amounts already wagered, at the Platform's sole discretion.
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of hi bagi services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must register a personal account with the Platform. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You must notify hi bagi promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting support at [email protected]. hi bagi accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active hi bagi account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hi bagi reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit all balances held across the duplicate accounts without prior notice.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as having been carried out by you personally, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hi bagi support immediately.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
hi bagi operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its commitment to player safety and fraud prevention. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed above the platform's stated verification threshold. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the hi bagi Privacy Policy.
hi bagi reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason for that decision. The Platform also reserves the right to conduct periodic re-verification of existing accounts in line with its internal compliance procedures.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
hi bagi supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
- Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance within seconds of confirmation.
- hi bagi does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees levied by the payment provider are the responsibility of the depositing player.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- hi bagi reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used before releasing funds to the account balance.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are published in the payments section of the Platform.
- Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability.
- bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 2–10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
- hi bagi reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. Processing may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
- Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus offer. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
- hi bagi does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing fees imposed by payment providers are outside hi bagi's control.
Currency: All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the hi bagi platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied for players depositing in BDT via local payment methods.
hi bagi reserves the right to reverse, delay, or decline any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, hi bagi may retain the funds pending further investigation and will cooperate with relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Bonuses & Promotions
hi bagi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms.
Welcome Bonus
New players who register a verified hi bagi account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, a minimum qualifying deposit amount, eligible game restrictions, a maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active, and an expiry period — all of which are stated in the specific welcome bonus terms at the time of claiming. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
- hi bagi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
- Placing bets using third-party funds, exploiting software errors, using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Where a player withdraws funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Only one bonus may be active at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and must not be used as part of any systematic financial strategy.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the hi bagi Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, to act with good faith toward other players and the Platform, and to refrain from any conduct that could harm the integrity of the Service, other users, or hi bagi itself. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate account balances.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings obtained through a demonstrable software error are void and will be reversed.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
- Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent accepting deposits or placing bets on behalf of third parties.
- Posting, transmitting, or facilitating any content that is defamatory, offensive, abusive, or unlawful via any hi bagi communication channel.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any component of the hi bagi platform.
hi bagi operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, and cheating. Where prohibited conduct is identified, hi bagi will immediately suspend the offending account, void all affected bets, freeze account balances, and may refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities. hi bagi's determination in such matters is final.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either party may close a hi bagi account at any time. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, less any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements, will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure
hi bagi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected; the player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe; the player is found to be under 18 years of age; or the player's continued access to the Service poses a risk to the Platform or to other players. Where account closure is initiated by hi bagi on the basis of verified Terms violations, the Platform reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to restrict or stop their gambling activity may activate self-exclusion directly from their account settings panel, without the need to contact support. Self-exclusion options range from temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days) to permanent self-exclusion. Once a permanent self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed. Inactive accounts (accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months) may be classified as dormant. hi bagi will make reasonable attempts to contact the registered player before any dormancy management procedure is applied to the account balance. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain an active account status.
Limitation of Liability
The hi bagi Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hi bagi makes every reasonable effort to ensure the continuous availability, accuracy, and reliability of the Platform, the Service may be subject to interruptions, maintenance windows, technical errors, or events beyond the Platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, acts of God, or changes in applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi bagi, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the Service at any time.
- Any interruption, delay, error, omission, or failure of the Platform or any part of the Service.
- Loss of data, account information, or transaction records due to technical failure.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any decisions you make in reliance on information or content published on the Platform.
- Losses arising from your participation in any game, bet, or promotional offer on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit hi bagi's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from your use of the hi bagi Service should be directed in the first instance to the support team at [email protected]. hi bagi commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 5 business days and to providing a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the Service shall be conducted in English.
